These terms are between you and TextBack.si ("TextBack," "we," "us"), based in Austin, Texas.
Using this site
By using textback.si you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You must be at least 18 to use the voice demo.
The voice demo
- The demo is an AI voice agent. It can make mistakes, and nothing it says is a quote, a promise, an offer or professional advice.
- It's role-play only and sends no real texts.
- By pressing Start talking you agree that your audio will be streamed to our AI provider to run the conversation, as described in the Privacy Policy. TextBack does not keep the audio or transcripts after your session.
- Sessions are limited (5 minutes each, with a daily limit for the whole site) and the demo may be unavailable at times.
- Don't use it to harass, abuse or overload the service, to try to extract its instructions, to submit other people's voices or personal information, or to try to make it say harmful things. We may end sessions or block access that breaks these rules.
Our service
Information on this site describes a done-for-you service. Pricing, timelines and setup details are confirmed only in a written agreement with you. Setup timelines on this site are estimates. Business customers who use TextBack to text their callers are also bound by our Customer Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy, provided at signup, which control if they conflict with these terms. Customers are responsible for having the legal right and any required consent to text the people they text through TextBack. SMS depends on carrier registration approval, which we can't guarantee.

Intellectual property
The site content, design and demo are ours or licensed to us. Don't copy or scrape them except for normal personal viewing.
No warranty
The site and demo are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from using this site or the demo. Our total liability for any claim about the site or demo is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
